We use Microsoft's SQL Server 2000 as our database. Our database design allows Casinfo's system to run on less servers and less expensive servers than our competition because we don't have to throw processing power at a poorly designed database application as our competitors do.

We use standard LAN communications instead of polled serial protocols. To begin with, polled serial protocols are NOT a standard. Ethernet LANs are a standard used by millions of corporations worldwide. Not only are they faster, they are infinitely more reliable and easier to work with.

Our system is scalable: From one slot to 100,000 slots in one location. From one to 100,000 locations: The limiting factor is processor power and communications speed. Casinfo is ideal for smaller casions and for distributed casinos (such as routes and multi-site casino operations)
